At Jagro, we are constantly looking at new ways to improve the farming and packaging of our berries. Our goal is to deliver the best-tasting, best-looking strawberries to the marketplace.

Growing the strawberries is only the first step. They must then be gently hand picked and skillfully packaged to cater to the varying needs of our customers. Our field crews are extensively trained to follow strict grading standards. Choosing the right berries from the plants is only half the job, carefully packing the bulk and consumer trays are equally important. Our packers are extensively trained and selected for their handling skills, and continually supervised to ensure that each berry container arrives at the market fully packed and attractively displayed. Jagro berries remain untouched from the farm to the fresh produce section in your market.

The perforated and padded containers protect the berries and keep them fresh longer.

Selective picking does cost more. But our policy is to provide our distributors and retailers with only 100% saleable berries.

Keep in mind that size does not indicate quality; thee largest are not necessarily the most flavorful!
